Our Background

Hi there, my name is C.J, and I run Small Paws Dog Rescue.

Small Paws was originally created by Rob Clarke.

He has rehomed many dogs in the past and has done so successfully. However, Rob's health has not been good for a while so he's asked me to take over

at Small Paws.

About me

My name is C.J and I am a qualified dog psychologist. I have worked along side Rob for some time now so I will be continuing to run the rescue

exactly the same way as he did as I strongly believe we should all continue the way we ran before.

What do we do?

We take in small dog breeds like yorkies, shitzhu, dashunds, and many more that are not able to live with their owners for whatever reason as every situation is different. We are passionate about finding the right forever home for our rescue dogs. We do however have a waiting list for people looking to give one of our rescues that come in their forever home.

As a dog psychologist, I assess all our rescue dogs needs before they go to their forever home.

You will see us at cols car boot locally as we accept donations of household items to raise money for Small Paws.

We do not rehome via facebook messenger and all rehoming is subject to a home check.
